One programme, three components

Three different certificates, explained.

  1. Level 3 Professional Certificate

COML0309 · Warehouse organization and management. An official Spanish vocational qualification showing occupational skills. Level 3 refers to the Spanish system, not a university degree or an automatic equivalent of Level 3 abroad.

  2. Professional Spanish course

For beginners, 100 hours of Spanish Language and Culture aimed at A1/A2. If you speak Spanish, the course focuses on communication at work. Confirm the teaching language of your programme before enrolling. The course does not automatically award a DELE diploma.

  3. University specialization course · 4 ECTS

A short university course focused on your sector. Its 4 ECTS credits represent about 100–120 hours of total study, not just classroom hours. Acceptance of those credits for other studies depends on the receiving institution.

When you complete all three and your company placement, you also receive the PROM IBS Expert award, the school’s own diploma. It is separate from the official vocational certificate and is not a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The full programme is scientifically endorsed by RAED, the Royal European Academy of Doctors, and you learn with the PROM PRAXI™ method, based on real business cases.

Twelve months, five stages.

Language and professional immersion, technical training, a company placement, university specialization and connections with employers. Exact dates and placement duration depend on your programme and intake.

  1. Month 1

    Language and professional immersion

100 hours of Spanish language and culture for non-Spanish speakers, or Professional Spanish for Employability for Spanish-speaking students.

    Students learning together
  2. Technical training

    In-person technical learning

Structured Level 3 professional training in Cuenca, with applied classroom work. Exact dates and hours depend on your programme and intake.

    Students in an in-person classroom
  3. After technical training

    Company placement

A supervised placement with a collaborating Spanish company helps you apply what you have learned. Confirm the placement duration for your programme and intake.

    Professional practice with supervision
  4. Specialization

    University specialization

A university specialization course in your sector (a 4 ECTS microcredential) covering a specific set of professional skills.

Students working on a university project
  5. Final months

    Connect with employers

Business Breakfasts, company visits and meetings with business leaders help you build contacts and explore opportunities. Employment is not guaranteed.

Colleagues meeting to discuss professional opportunities

Study plan

The programme has three parts with different certificates: an official Spanish vocational course, Spanish language training and a short university specialization course. These are not three university degrees.

Month 1 · Immersion. If Spanish is not your first language, you take Spanish Language and Culture. If you already speak Spanish, you take Professional Spanish for Employability: business communication, negotiation between businesses, Spanish employment law, a CV for applications in Spain and interview practice.

In-person technical training for the Level 3 Professional Certificate in warehouse organization and management (COML0309). Level 3 refers to Spain’s vocational certificate system, not year three, a university degree or an automatic equivalent of Level 3 in your country. The module breakdown, hours and exact dates are provided with the course information for each intake.

University specialization. A university specialization course in your sector (a 4 ECTS microcredential). These credits represent about 100–120 hours of total work, including classes and independent study.

When you complete all three qualifications and your company placement, you also receive PROM International Business School’s own Expert award, separate from the official vocational certificate.

Career pathways include warehouse management, procurement logistics coordination, stock optimization and physical distribution. The programme does not guarantee employment.

Company placement

Supervised placements with partner companies in Spain, included in the programme and covered by a written learning agreement. A placement does not in itself mean an employment contract or a salary. The exact duration is set out in the course information for each programme and start date.

The agreement costs the partner company nothing, and it does not add anything to your programme fee either.

The placement follows the technical training phase. University specialization and activities that connect you with employers also form part of the year; the placement does not run throughout all the remaining months.

Companies are matched to your profile, your Spanish level and the agreements available for your intake. During the placement you have a tutor at the company and an academic tutor at PROM.

Calendar

2027 intakes: May 2027 and October 2027.

The programme lasts 12 months in total, including language learning, classes, specialization and the company placement. Permission to stay for study is assessed individually by the Spanish authorities.

The year includes five stages: language and professional immersion, technical training, a company placement, university specialization and activities that connect you with employers. Confirm the exact dates and placement duration for your programme and intake before enrolling.

It is a good idea to start your application several months ahead: you need the official admission letter to book your consular appointment and apply for the visa, and consular timings vary by country.

Fees

Total fixed price of the programme: €7,800 for the 2027 intakes.

It is paid in three stages: €2,800 for enrolment and reservation (€300 administration and €2,500 reservation), €2,500 after your visa is granted and €2,500 before in-person classes start.

Visa-refusal guarantee: if the consulate formally refuses your application and you send us the refusal, the full €2,500 of the first payment is refunded. The €300 enrolment fee is kept to cover the administrative work already done.

Accommodation, flights, health insurance and official fees are paid separately. If you would like the full details of what the price includes before you decide, ask us and we will send them in writing.

Requirements

We review the identity documents and immigration steps required for your nationality and situation. If you need a student visa, apply through the Spanish consulate responsible for your place of residence.

Admissions reviews your previous education and academic documents to confirm your access to the Level 3 Professional Certificate before issuing your admission letter.

A study stay may be compatible with work of up to 30 hours a week, as long as you meet the requirements of current regulations and the authorization that applies to you.

When you arrive in Cuenca, we guide you through the paperwork: your foreigner identity card (TIE), Social Security registration and registering your address with the local council.

Asking for guidance or sending an enquiry does not mean admission, a reserved place or enrolment, and it does not affect the consulate’s decision on your visa.

Can you see yourself on this programme?

Tell us about your situation and we will reply within 48 business hours. Asking is free and commits you to nothing: it does not reserve a place or enrol you.
