Programmes · 2027 intakes
Professional training built around practice.

Complete these and your placement to receive PROM IBS’s own Expert award. This is not a university degree.
You begin with a month of immersion: 100 hours of Spanish if it is not your first language, or Professional Spanish for Employability if you already speak it.

Accreditation and endorsement
Who stands behind your training.
Public bodies and the academy that endorses the programme. Each has a specific role: showing its logo does not mean it issues every qualification.
You won’t make this journey alone. Here is how we support you.
Moving to another country is a big decision, and it is natural to worry about the visa, housing or arriving somewhere you don’t know anyone. That is why our work does not end with an admission letter: PROM staff are with you while you prepare your documents at home, during the visa process and when you arrive in Spain.

Frequently asked questions
What you and your family want to know.
These are the questions students and their families ask us most before deciding. If yours is not here, write to us: a person from our admissions team will reply.
Will I lose my money if my visa is refused?
If you send us the consulate’s formal refusal, we refund the €2,500 you paid for your place and visa application support. Only the €300 enrolment and administration fee is kept, as it covers administrative work already done. The second and third payments are only due if you get the visa.
Is PROM IBS a university?
No, and we would rather say so clearly. PROM IBS is a school of professional training and specialization. The Level 3 training is delivered by F2Prom, an accredited centre (code 16/00026903), and the Professional Certificate is issued by Spain’s Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. You can check our official codes on the About page.
Do I need to speak Spanish before I start?
If Spanish is not your first language, the programme starts with 100 hours of Spanish Language and Culture aimed at beginner levels A1/A2. Before enrolling, discuss your Spanish level and the teaching language of your programme with admissions. Support in English does not mean all classes are taught in English. The course does not automatically award a DELE language diploma.
How much does a room cost, and is it guaranteed?
Rooms in Cuenca are advertised from around €300 a month, depending on availability and conditions. We work with estate agencies, student residences and hotels to help you find somewhere before you travel. Rent is paid separately, directly to the landlord, and a specific room cannot be guaranteed.
Who will meet me when I arrive in Cuenca?
Before you travel, we confirm your departure station and train time with you. When you arrive at Cuenca’s high-speed station, a member of the PROM IBS team is there in person to help you through your first hours in the city.
How will my family stay informed?
If you would like your family involved, agree with the team how to keep them informed. Tutor meetings can cover your progress and how you are settling in, while respecting your privacy.
Can I work while I study?
It depends on your permission to stay. The general limit is 30 hours a week and work must fit around your studies; some training activities require an additional work permit. We review your situation before you start. Do not rely on future earnings to fund a stay you cannot yet afford.
What qualifications will I receive?
An official Spanish vocational certificate, a certificate for your Spanish course and a university microcredential worth 4 ECTS credits. Complete these and your placement to receive PROM IBS’s own Expert award. RAED provides academic endorsement of the programme; it does not issue those certificates.
Tell us about yourself. We reply within 48 business hours.
We look at your qualifications and your situation before you make any decision, and we tell you honestly whether the programme is right for you. It is free and you are under no obligation.
Our admissions team replies Monday to Friday, in Spanish, English, Russian, French or Ukrainian.
