Who we work with

The candidate profile

International students aged 18 or over who have upper-secondary education or equivalent, want to develop new skills and are ready for an academic and professional experience in Spain. We especially value motivation, commitment and a clear vision of growth.

To start the review we need four documents: the application form, a copy of the valid passport, an up-to-date CV and a certificate of studies. The conditional admission letter is valid for 30 days.

Your questions answered

Check the agreement before you sign up.

How much does my agency receive?

The commission is set according to the terms negotiated in the partnership agreement, and we detail it in the documents for accredited agencies. It applies to each enrolment that meets the conditions of the agreement.

When is it paid?

When the candidate has obtained the visa and paid the programme fee in full. Bank transfer within 15 calendar days of receiving the invoice. Refused applications do not earn commission.

How are my candidates identified?

The agreement assigns an agency ID. Include it with each application so admissions can link it correctly.

What happens if the visa is refused?

The student’s €2,500 refund applies under the guarantee. No commission is earned on an application with a refused visa.

Ask about an agency partnership

Tell us about your agency and the students you work with. We review your details and send you the partnership terms in writing before anything is signed. The form prepares an email to admision@promib.school, which reaches us when you send it.

Your next step

If you would like to explore a partnership, we will explain the terms and answer your questions before anything is formalized.
