€2,500 refundable if your visa is refused

€7,800. Three payments and a written guarantee.

We know this is an important investment for many families. See the full price, when each part is paid, what it includes and which personal costs to budget for separately. Read the included services, extra costs and refund conditions before deciding.

How the €7,800 is paid

  • First payment at enrolment

    01

    Stage 1 · €2,800 at enrolment

€300 to open your file and €2,500 to reserve your place. If the consulate refuses your visa, the €2,500 is refunded.

  • Second payment after the visa is granted

    02

Stage 2 · €2,500 once your visa is granted

You only pay this once the consulate has granted your study visa. No visa, no second payment.

  • Final payment before classes

    03

    Stage 3 · €2,500 before classes start

Paid before in-person classes begin. It completes your enrolment officially and confirms your place. Total: €7,800.

PROM IBS

Your investment, in detail

Training, services and personal costs, clearly separated.

What the programme includes

Training for a Spanish Level 3 Professional Certificate, an official vocational qualification; a Spanish course; and a university microcredential worth 4 ECTS credits, a short specialization course. RAED provides academic endorsement of the programme, not the certificates.

A company placement, with a duration set for each programme. PROM covers 100% of the Social Security contributions for the placement.

Preparation of your academic file for the visa, document guidance and the Cuenca 360° welcome: we pick you up when you arrive at Cuenca’s high-speed station, and we support and advise you through the official paperwork for your arrival and stay in Spain.

Costs to budget for separately

Flights, consular fees, the foreigner identity card (TIE) fee, health insurance, accommodation, food, transport and personal spending.

Living costs in Cuenca are lower than in big cities such as Madrid or Valencia, with good value for money. Our Living in Cuenca page has a budget calculator to help you plan.

€2,500 refund if your visa is refused

If your visa is refused by an administrative decision and you send us the official refusal, the €2,500 reservation is refunded. The €300 administration fee is kept to cover the work already done.

This guarantee protects you if the visa doesn’t come through, but it does not mean PROM can secure the visa: that decision always belongs to the consulate.

Payment methods and receipts

Ask our administration team for the transfer details and available payment methods before paying anything. Every payment should be identified and documented.

Check the exact enrolment, visa and class dates for your intake with admissions. We do not offer automatic bank financing.

Your next step
