PROM IBS

Information for students and partners

The detailed terms are provided before enrolment.

Admission and enrolment terms

Guidance does not constitute enrolment and does not guarantee a visa or employment. Contracting requires acceptance of the specific terms and confirmation of admission. Price: €7,800, paid as €2,800 for enrolment and reservation, €2,500 after official visa approval and €2,500 before in-person classes begin.

For distance contracts, the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies, with the legal conditions and exceptions that correspond. Starting the service early requires the express request required by law. The visa guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

If the visa is refused by an administrative decision, the €2,500 reservation is refunded within 15 working days of receiving the decision. The €300 administration fee is kept for the services provided, without prejudice to applicable statutory rights.

The VAT exemption for educational services applies when the requirements of article 20.One.9 of Law 37/1992 are met. The invoice and contract detail the tax treatment.

Privacy and data protection

Data controller: Formación Futuras Promesas S.L. (NIF B-16358189), Calle Bodegueros 16, 16004 Cuenca, Spain · legal@promib.school.

The forms prepare an enquiry for the PROM IBS team. Purpose: to answer your request and handle pre-contractual steps at your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); website analytics and the embedded calendar are only used with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is not used for campaigns without a specific legal basis.

Recipients: the PROM IBS admissions team and the providers of the services you choose to contact us (WhatsApp, by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; your email provider; Google Calendar and, if you accept it, Google Analytics, by Google Ireland Limited). These providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

This website does not store your answers in a database or create a file automatically. The guidance form prepares a message for admissions on WhatsApp (+34 641 209 322) or admision@promib.school; partnership forms prepare an email. Opening your chosen channel shares the details with that external service, which processes them under its own policy. Press Send in that app so PROM receives your enquiry. You can also copy the text and send it manually. Do not attach sensitive documents. A draft reference does not prove sending or receipt.

We only ask for the data we need. When admission is formalized, you will be informed of the contracting entity, academic or administrative recipients and the retention period applicable to your file. Enquiry data is kept while needed to handle it and for the legally required periods.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at legal@promib.school, and withdraw your consent without affecting prior processing. Additional identification will only be requested when needed to verify your identity. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Cookies and external services

We use Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies (Google Ireland Limited) only if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. They tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and which buttons are used, so we can improve the site. The cookies are _ga and _ga_<ID>, lasting up to two years. We do not use them for advertising or profiling, and Google’s advertising signals are switched off.

If you don’t accept, the Google Analytics code is not downloaded. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; if you withdraw consent, we delete those cookies from your browser. Google may transfer data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards set out in its privacy policy.

The site stores your cookie choice and document-checklist ticks in your browser. It does not store contact-form answers. Use “Clear all” to remove your checklist ticks.

The guidance page offers a Google Calendar booking page that only loads if you press “Show the booking calendar”; from then on Google may use its own technologies under the privacy policy linked there. Links to WhatsApp and social media open external services with their own policies. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
